Services

Finding the right therapist matters, and I want to be upfront about what I offer so you can choose if it feels like a good fit. My approach is grounded in inclusivity and respect, with a belief that every story deserves to be heard and valued. I meet clients with curiosity, not assumptions, and view therapy as walking alongside you rather than leading the way. I hope to create a warm space where you feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow in your own way, whether through in-person therapy or telehealth sessions.

What I Offer

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Specialized training to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences.

  • Trauma-Informed Care: Grounded in safety, trust, and empowerment, ensuring that therapy is paced with your comfort and readiness in mind.

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction: Tools to build presence, manage anxiety, and develop resilience in daily life.

  • Expressive Processing: Integrating creative and body-based approaches to explore emotions and experiences beyond words.

  • Parts Work: Helping clients connect with and understand different aspects of themselves for deeper healing and integration.

Who I Work With

I provide therapy for individuals and families, teenagers, and adults.

I help people cope with anxiety, stress, trauma, PTSD, and major life changes. This includes:

  • Complex or Developmental trauma

  • Trouble managing emotions

  • Feeling disconnected or numb

  • Constantly on edge or overwhelmed

  • Anxiety in relationships

  • Setting boundaries and saying no

  • Low self-esteem and shame

  • Stress from big changes like jobs, moving, or identity shifts

  • Fear of abandonment and insecure relationships due to attachment issues

I hold space for LGBTQ+ clients to freely express themselves and explore identity, relationships, and personal growth without judgment.

Special Services

  • Walk and Talk Therapy: Healing doesn’t always have to happen in an office. Walk and talk therapy takes our sessions outdoors, where movement and nature can make it easier to relax, reflect, and share.

  • EMDR Intensives: EMDR intensives are extended sessions that provide focused time to work through trauma or stuck points. This approach allows for deeper processing and can bring meaningful progress in a shorter timeframe.

Finding the Right Fit

Every therapist has their own approach, and not every therapist is the right match for every client. Being clear about my training, values, and areas of focus helps you decide if my style of therapy is right for you. If at any point it doesn’t feel like a good fit, I welcome that conversation and will gladly help connect you to other resources. Therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and supported in the process.
