How can I contact you?

You can contact our providers via email or by phone, which can be found on the contact page. Your therapist will respond within 48 hours.

How long are therapy sessions?

Sessions are around 55 minutes.

How much is therapy?

Out-of-pocket services are $165 for intakes and $145 for follow-up sessions. Specialized services may cost additional fees. We are currently credentialing with insurance and will notify you once we can process sessions with insurance. You can request a superbill for reimbursement of services. We also accept Health Savings Plans as a form of payment.

As part of the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected costs of therapy services. This estimate outlines the potential costs of your care before you begin treatment, allowing you to make informed decisions without unexpected financial surprises. While the exact number of sessions needed varies by each person’s goals and progress, I will provide a written Good Faith Estimate upon request and discuss it with you at any time.

How do I know if a therapist is right for me?

Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and each person brings unique needs, values, identities, and goals. A good fit means that your therapist not only has the clinical expertise to support you but also aligns with your communication style and the type of support you’re looking for—whether that’s more insight-oriented, body-based, skill-focused, or something else. A strong therapeutic relationship helps build trust, safety, and openness—key ingredients for meaningful growth and healing.

What do I need to prepare for the first appointment?

Before your appointment, your therapist will send you initial paperwork, which you can find once you create your new client profile on Therapy Portal. Other than completing these administrative tasks, all you need to do is bring yourself to your appointment!

How often do I need to be seen?

We do recommend weekly services for at least the first 4 sessions of starting therapy to build rapport with your therapist and to help set a strong foundation for the therapeutic journey. How often you are seen is unique and individualized to your needs. You and your therapist will decide this after hearing clinical recommendations in your intake.

"I wish there was a way to know you're in the good old days before you've actually left them,"
